Hardworking Volunteers

Our board is made up of 9 volunteers with diversified backgrounds.

Board members job duties include (but are not limited to) ......

    * Knowing the bylaws which form a contract among the homeowners within the HOA

    * Are aware and responsible as a group for looking into repair and maintenance of the common areas and building exteriors

      and carefully considering what budgetary restraints might be involved as well as voting on expedited issues. (all home 

      interiors and back patios are the responsibility of the homeowners)
