HOA Meetings

Regular Board Meetings 

Meeting are scheduled for the 4th Tuesday of the month for January - October, the December Board Meeting is usually canceled for the holidays. The Board meets at 7 p.m. in the clubhouse. Residents and owners are welcome to attend.

 

Annual Meeting UPDATE

The Annual Meeting of owners will be held in December this year (2021), and the board meets immediately thereafter to elect officers. The board sets the meeting date and notifies owners by mail 30 days prior to the meeting. Hope to see everyone there!
 

Meetings Generally Include

I. Call to Order      II. Requests from Owners      III. Minutes & Financial Report     IV. Executive Session to Review Delinquent Accounts     V. Old Business     VI. New Business     VII. Adjourn

Requests for repairs, improvements, maintenance, violations, or other issues are considered at the beginning of the meeting to facilitate convenient presentations by owners (Presentations can be subject to time constraints due to heavier agendas)
